"I’m so mad that I can’t give this place 0 star. I got my nails done on Monday, here’s a picture of my nails on Thursday. The owner told me that there’s nothing he can do for me because the nails aren’t chip. I have never seen my nails look the way they look after just a couple of days at other salons. This was honestly my first time doing my nails with them and last. I should’ve read the reviews before I went. This place should not be operating because 1) they have bad customer service and 2) they don’t know how to do nails. The owner smells like he bathed in cigarettes and just plain rude. Do not waste your time and money there, all the “good reviews” are from either family members, friends or themselves. Now I have to get my nails done again elsewhere. Do better. Karma will bite back. To blatantly lie in my face and said the nails look fine, gaslight me the way you did you shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Taking people’s hard earn money in this day and age. Karma will bite you back just watch. Your business will not be operating long if this is how you treat paying customers."

"I would give it zero stars if I could! Brought my sister here who is handicapped to get a pedicure. I walked in asked if they can do my feet and my sister they said yes no problem. Mind you there is no one in the salon on a Saturday. I get my sister out of the car and bring her inside in her wheelchair. As soon as I brought her in the lady twisted her face and said "we can't service her she is in wheelchair" I've never experience such discrimination in my life being with my sister who is disabled differently. Don't even care about the service at this point. You are far from what we what as a business in this community. You will be hearing from us :)"

"I thought I finally found a decent place and went out of my way to compliment the owner after the first visit. Letting him know I was pleased and will be back. Second time - not even close. He's a smoke stack first of all which I ignored at first though it's not pleasant to be subjected to the smell while getting your nails done. After a lengthy conversation about how great it is he didn't raise his prices while every other salon did on the first visit, he charges me more this visit. There's only two people there and he blames the shopping center for not having a busy store. People follow good service, regardless what's open near you or not. Period. He's slow for a reason and I do not recommend going here if you know anything about nails, upstanding service, friendliness and appreciation for your patronage."
