Lowe’s was very helpful but Wayne Dalton and Overhead Garage Door who owns them is not there to help there customers just pass the buck."

We are being told by your sales associate the color is proprietary. So uh, please tell me what home owners are suppose to do for touch ups etc.?? Why can't I purchase the stain? Automobile makers don't sell you a car without offering a way to buy touch up paint! Please, please let me know how I can obtain a matching stain so I don't have to replace 4 garage doors and spend thousands of dollars (which is what your associate told me I would have to do in order to get that matching color?!)"
