"What a great experience with this company. From the moment I emailed them early am it was less than 1 HR that they returned my call. The office staff was polite and very helpful. They sent someone to my home within the next hour. She was a sweet young woman very knowledgeable in her field. She diagnosed my problem and gave me choices on fixing the problem. "I am so happy that I chose Goods for my furnace and air conditioner purchase in many ways! After meeting with Mike who did a thorough check up on my furnace and AC units he provided me with 4 options based on our discussion. Day 2 I spoke with John who came out and provided an in depth discussion about my units. I had no intention of purchasing without a 2nd quote but John discounted the job and scheduled it for the next day. The next morning Jeremy, Anthony and Mark were here raring to go.
