"I loved the 8am phone call about my child's care and questions about it, I asked if this was important or if something was wrong and it was stated no, they just had a few questions, then after 25 minutes of a stupid survey call! I asked if this was important because I work nightshift and was woken up, only to hear well it's important to us to know your happy with your care, it's only a few more questions ... i was livid you want a suggestion ??? when someone says hey i work nights and just fell asleep reschedule your care or email the damn survey !"
