"Friendly staff, they give you tea while you wait. The food tastes good but it is expensive for the portions they give you. I got the beef kebab and got maybe 9 pieces of meat and pretty small amount of rice for $20. It's really upsetting how little rice they give you because the rice is delicious. The tea they serve is good, I drank it without sugar. It seems pretty popular. One big group was in there when I arrived and while I was waiting a second large group came in. The one man was really good at continually cleaning between guests. I have a 2 star overall because of how little rice I received. I feel like I got more lettuce than I did rice."
"The lamb and rice was perfectly cooked. The seasonings and sauces were delicious. Turkish coffee and rice pudding for dessert were also excellent. The server was very nice and welcoming. It’s easy to recommend this place, you will not be disappointed."
"This restaurant doesn't offer alcohol but provides ample table availability. Despite having just one server on a weeknight, the service was efficient, though the credit card processing machine seemed a bit slow. The hummus stood out as an extremely tasty and ideal appetizer choice. However, the grape leaves, served cold and seemingly canned, were decent but not something I'd reorder. For my main course, I opted for the Mix Shish Kebab and Chicken Gyro, and it exceeded my expectations. The chicken, usually a concern for dryness, was surprisingly juicy and bursting with flavor. On the other hand, my friend tried the Chicken Adana, which, while good, didn't quite match the flavor profile of the Chicken Gyro meat."
"Hands down the BEST Mediterranean food I’ve ever had! There wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t spectacular. Ordered the appetizer sampler and the lamb and gyro plate. Everything blew us away! Service was very friendly and attentive as well. Unfortunately I don’t live in Pittsburgh or I’d be eating here all the time. Highly recommend!!"
"Was in town for a wedding; the restaurant was close to the hotel and we just went. Was worth the trip from Austin, Tx all on its own. Seriously. If I remember correctly, we got the Shepherd's salad (properly amazing), the labneh (top notch) and took the recommendation of our server for two entrees and it was one of the best meals I have had in a WHILE. We have a foodie group in Austin and this would have ranked in our top 3 easy which is saying a lot because we go EVERYWHERE. Really impressed and not in a try-hard way. Super genuine, honest, good food. Highly recommended. If you live in Pittsburg and this isn't on your regular rotation, then you need to reassess your lifestyle."
