"This company is such a dang crock it’s not even funny. No matter where you take your vehicle they look to find the cheapest parts and low ball everything. Had transmission issues and they wanted us to purchase a used one for $800 from a salvage yard that was over 2 hours away and would not pay for freight or shipping. They only pay $75 an hour for labor and they go off a website guide to figure the time it should take to complete it. Now my cars in the shop since my air is out and want the dealership to get the compressor from Autozone for $320. States nothing else is covered when the contract shows it is. Do not see the point in paying for a warranty that covers nothing. So to fix my air with all the parts needed is $3000 and they are covering $611. Do not see how or why anyone would use this company or try to sell this warranty company to their customers unless they’re getting a hefty penny out of it."

"I would never recommend. To get them to do right by you after the vehicle is purchased should be unexpected. My experiences and what I'm dealing with is outrageous. My last and final problem with them is the fact I purchased and paid for a 2 year unlimited mile warranty. Apparently paperwork got messed up. The dealer has one contract. The warranty company has another..... my trans blows and nobody is willing to take responsibility. Just my money. Not sure what this review will do for anyone but my experience with them has been terrible... ps I will be talking to lawyers."

"This is probably the WORST experience I have ever had, I paid 3,300$ for a warranty with the company. I have had a starter go out, and they only paid 300$ out of a 900$ job! Now, I have a crank shaft that has broken on my truck, which requires a whole new engine replacement, and they are refusing to cover, due to the fact that the truck has surface rust. The rust has nothing to do with why the vehicle mechanically malfunctioned. They want me to take it to another mechanic, and have them tear down the engine and send someone out to look at it, which no guarantees they will cover it which means I will be out 3 grand for labor and still have a truck I owe 26,000$ on that will just be a yard ornament . At least it will be a pretty ornament I guess ."
