"I never ate here but I attempted to. Don’t know if the lady that was in there was the owner but she is RUDE! These people need to remember it’s a privilege for people to spend their money with you. I came in and asked if they had something on their menu (can’t remember what exactly it was I asked for). This lady barely said no then immediately walked into the back. Like what??? What if I considered ordering something else? Never going in there again, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS GOOD FOOD. She won’t last with that attitude!!! I rebuke that spirit !!!"

"So here's the thing. Cons A.) They DO always run out of food. B.) They do NOT open/close on time. C.) The service IS rude/dismissive. D.) Potion sizes for the cost are questionable. However..., Pros E.) The food is delicious."

"This place just opened so if you want a taste of Hatian cuisine, this is the place! The food is fresh and delicious with nice portion sizes. I hope they are here to stay."

"I was slightly disappointed by the mac & cheese (presentation) and diri djon djon (taste) b/c I'm use to a different yet common version. The griot also missed an extra fry. Maybe she's from a different region in Haiti. Gigie's is still new in est. so I may give it another chance again soon. Place does smell good."
