"Complete fraud. They sold me an insurance plan that I paid a year in advance for. 2 months in and Quick Health switched me to another plan that doesnt fit my needs at all. My primary doctor is not a provider in this plan and my diabetic medication is not covered at all. Basically the 2 things I need covered. I've been promised a supervisor will call. But they never call back. They hide behind the hour long wait it takes to get through by phone"

"This company will absolutely rip you off! they charged me twice the first time, had to go through dispute with bank which took over a month of waiting and block future purchases from this company. I had the insurance remove my card info from their system and thought I was in the clear, then they charged Me AGAIN without authorization under a different system. I don't know how these people are still in business. They are awful."

"This company has failed to return my refund back and also has charged me for services after saying they have cancelled my policy. I called on January 5th, set up a dental savings plan, called the following Monday Jan 8 and canceled the savings plan. I asked for an estimated date of my refund and was told they didn't know. I called back the next Monday and asked about the status of my refund and was told I needed to send in a letter of verification stating ! want to cancel. No one called or emailed me asking for this prior or let me know the during my cancellation call? Sent in the email on Jan 15, was told this would be added to my cancellation and I told the lady I was getting multiple texts of being charged for future and I told her I wanted to make sure this was done correctly as l am in cancellation nothing needs to be charged and still today January 19th my credit card was charged. They do not respond to emails, and I read many reviews online stating that I am not the only one who has dealt with this issue from this establishment."

"This company is a scam! Sold me dental insurance with a $200 fee just for going through them then 6 months later received a phone call stating my policy had to be changed to a different company and I would have to pay the $200 again. After this they began charging my account up to 4 times a month for the policy I no longer had. I was promised a refund multiple times and received nothing back. Stay far away from this company."

"Policy was misrepresented (wellness policy instead of major medical). Cancelled within 24 hrs (per rights to do so). Got the runaround about reversing charges to my credit card and filed a fraud report with credit card company and charges were reversed. Three months later, Quickhealth charged my credit card again (without authorization) forcing me to once again file fraud charges with my credit card carrier and canceling my card. Do not do business with this business!!!"
