"Denied me coverage for Alopecia Areata, an autoimmune disease, on the basis that it is 'cosmetic'. D@mn straight it is 'cosmetic' when large patches of hair on your head randomly fall out in a short amount of time. That doesn't mean that it is not a serious medical condition that should be covered by a $4,000+ a year healthcare plan. Just about all other major insurance companies agree and cover it. They are heartless, petty criminals that should be ashamed of the fact that they are robbing people when they are most vulnerable."
