"Trevor Lloyd used to be a reputable businessman who helped local residents with their insurance needs at a reasonable cost. I have been a loyal client for 10+ years. I wanted to support a local business so despite the worsening conditions (delays in response, incredibly unorganized office and increasing policy costs without explanation), I kept my business with him, which I now regret. Over the past year and a half I have reached out numerous times to discuss my policies and expectations with no response from Trevor (even when I left a message 2 months ago that I would be moving my business elsewhere if I did not hear back). Now, as i try to cancel my policies with his services, still no answer and no other way to cancel the policies. I strongly recommend using a different insurance agent as Lloyds of Pittsburgh is NOT reliable, professional or prompt."
"This email I sent should explain my dissatisfaction with this insurance agent. I would recommend not waisting your time building a rapport because in the end it means nothing. During covid he called private, mail boxes was full, no way of leaving him messages, or returning his call if you miss it due to being at work. ****copied my email to explain my disposition***** I have been trying to reach Trevor now for a little over a month. I have spoken to Assistant Tony on numerous accounts regarding rectifying my dissatisfaction on my insurance policy. On the strength of our long term professional relationship, I have been more then fair on waiting to contacted by my insurance agent of over 5 years. Also, I have stated for a month, I am not satisfied with the increase in my new monthly car insurance. Am increase that I was not notified about. Trevor, left me a voicemail Friday, January 22, 2021. During this month process, I have spoken to Tony. She has informed me she has relayed every email and phone call from me to Trevor. This is getting out of hand. This is unprecedented behavior of a professional insurance agent/company. I was not contacted in December, when I was involved in a hit and run. I have not been contacted regarding my policy. I have not been contacted regarding any of my concerns. I will be calling Main Street Insurance again today, hence, I can not get in contact with Trevor. Tony is no longer answering my phone calls. I have been calling on the days she informed me of (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). I can now only suspect that I am being personally targeted and ignored. I have stated my concerns and have done everything on my part to express my concerns. When I called Monday, January 25, 2021 the voicemail box was full. I called three times that day and could not get through to no one. I called the number Trevor let on my voicemail. Like I mentioned perviously, I use to be able to reach Tony and now I am not able to reach anyone. Here are my list of concerns: Around December 27/28th 2020 a $334 payment was taken out of my account. Which lead to a $36 overdraft fee. I thought it was my deductible from the insurance. Tony and I spent about a week or two trying to understand where it came from. If we were able to speak with Trevor, we would have known it was because he increased my premium on 11/11/2020. The reasoning relayed to Tony was because of my new car that was purchased 12/30/2019. Almost a full complete year my new car was not placed on my insurance. An error on the agents part. I notified and contacted Trevor with all my information the day of purchase. I have a voicemail from his assistant, Tony, the day of purchase. I was also informed by Tony, Trevor did not know I had a new car. Which is completely untrue. I spoke with Trevor regarding the year, make, model, and all relevant information necessary for the process. I am also dissatisfied on the price of the premium. I have never been at fault for any accident, nor in the car when an accident has taken place, and over the age 25. The increase in insurance is over $120. I have also stated, this is beyond my budget and would like this to be readjusted before the auto payment comes out of my account. I have not been compensated or contacted regarding my concerns."
