"My wife and I stopped by The Garden Restaurant for a quick lunch while exploring Scranton. Delicious food and wonderful service! The veggies were crisp and fresh and the meat was deliciously seasoned. Try the Turkish Coffee! I ordered in out of curiosity and was not disappointed, strong and sweet with no acidity. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. We had a great conversation with the owner. Our only disappointment was that we didn't have time to go back and visit again on this trip! We will be back."

"While traveling thru the area on a bus tour, we happened upon this gem of a restaurant. Wow... what a great find! Our server, Simone, welcomed us like we were family. The atmosphere is positive and uplifting, the service was quick, and the food is amazing! We had the Garden Mezza and the Chicken Kabob. We took Baklava & Ma'amoul Cookies to go. If we ever find ourselves in the Scranton area again, we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!"

"The Garden had an amazing atmosphere but they sure were super busy on a Friday dinner service, it was a bit slow but they made amazing flavorful food. We had the Garden platter and the Mezza platter, I wish they had more portions of rice and pita but the meats were great! My favorite was the lamb. A bit disappointed on the portions of shrimp and salmon kabob, it was $30 but we got 5 shrimps and 5 tiny pieces of salmon bites. They did taste good though. They had music playing inside but we opted to sit outside under the canopy to avoid waiting for a table inside. Beautiful food, beautiful atmosphere."

"I have been visiting this place since its original location. It's new location is small but works. They have outdoor seating in spring and summer. The atmosphere inside is casual yet upbeat. The smoked salmon is amazing! The fries and dipping sauce are fantastic. Rose lemonade a bit too sweet and overpriced for using" simply lemonade ". I enjoyed my spinach pie, very good. I do not think anything on the menu would be bad honestly. The food tastes fresh. The house tea with honey is a blend of different flowers. The baklava is a delight. I look forward to returning and trying more."
