"An awesome staff of empathetic people, who were able to help me navigate safely through the process, and obtain the support I needed. In addition, they followed up to make certain all "i" were dotted, and all "t" crossed to assure my timely resolution. They are ALWAYS there, and I feel comfortable utilizing the resources offered by my company."
"The representatives are pleasant, however, my initial paperwork was delayed because they to sent it out after my initial call."
"I have very bad experience working with them on my paternity leave. They could not do all paperwork and never answer my questions. Calling doesn't help as they send to my specialist who doesn't respond. They always say that respond in yeo days but they have never responded in more than a week. It's a shame for employer, MIT, to work with workpatners."
"Their leave specialists are impossible to get ahold of and do not communicate. It’s useless to ask for a supervisor because they also “aren’t available” and simply won’t return your “escalated call request”. If your company uses Work Partners and you have a medical leave request, be prepared to not get paid"
"Useless and not at all helpful. Was told I had been sent paperwork multiple times and never received it. Every single person I talked to gave me different information. No one explained anything about the process of taking a leave, and I was stuck trying to figure everything out on my own. On one occasion I was told I needed to speak to a specific person about my case, and I had to call them 10+ times over the course of a week. They never picked up their direct line. When I called in to speak to someone else about it, they would only transfer me to them, where they again did not pick up the phone and did not ever call me back when I left a voicemail, even though I was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours. I explained why I might be difficult to reach for a while, but no one paid attention to what I had told them and just gave up when they couldn't get through to me right away. I am unable to return to work on time as planned due to not being provided the paperwork or information I had needed. These useless "specialists" should be required to forfeit their salary and give it to the people they screw over into missing extra work and pay due to their incompetence."
