The price was amazing, and the quality very good. The chairs look great in my living room, and are comfortable (especially for small to medium sized people). Modholic has excellent customer service. If something arrives damaged, they quickly replace it. I highly recommend Modholic."

"Worst customer service! Wish I could give them zero! Buy at your own risk. Ordered 4 clear master chairs, received them all with defects. Emailed immediately per refund and defective merchandise instructions on website with pics. Sent second email week later, got on chat twice where "Prasad" said they would get back to me. Tried calling several times, can't leave message, no answer, no response. Third email 3 weeks later, no response. Not until contacting my credit card company a month later to dispute charges did I finally get an email "Sorry for the delay." I was then warned if I didn't have original boxes, they wouldn't accept my return. I had been living with these two huge cartons and 4 defective, unusable chairs in my living room for 5-6 weeks before MODHOLIC agreed to send shipment labels and accept return. This company tried every method possible NOT to accept my legitimate, eligible return for refund. Even a week after receiving the return shipment, after repeated requests, they never credited my account. I finally got a letter from my credit card company finalizing and approving my original disputed charges. Extremely frustrating and time consuming experience. In my opinion deliberate, bad business practices. I'll never do business with them again. BEWARE!"

"I found these comfortable Master dining chairs our family really liked at an Airbnb. I ordered from another company at first that had on back order. After waiting a few weeks I cancelled and reordered at quite a savings from Modholic. The chairs arrived in perfect shape and we put them to use immediately."
