"I ordered a bathroom vanity from here because it was the best price for the one I was looking for. Only after I ordered it, I noticed some bad reviews for this site where I was considering cancelling, but the vanity shipped out next day where I didn't get the chance. The vanity was delivered within 4 days and looks amazing (great quality) so I'm guessing they were probably working out some issues when this business got up and running? Not sure, but can say my experience was very positive"

"THE WORST QUALITY. I spent 2 days of my vacation assembling this junk that broke apart before it was even finished. It weighs a TON. I will probably have to pay someone to haul it off. Save your money, time and sanity and STAY AWAY!!!!!!"

"Worst company ever. Ordered a 600 dollar dresser from them which they charged right away. Waited about 3 weeks and got no correspondence on shipping so I called and the lady said “the reason why you haven’t gotten anything is because this item has been discontinued and will not be restocked” and I’m like so how was I allowed to order it and why was I charged for it? And was anyone going to let me know? you had no intentions of sending me my item you were just going to keep my money and hope I wasn’t going to do anything? And all she said was “well I can give you a refund if you like?” Like duh. I should’ve known based on other reviews but just beware!"

"I purchased a tv stand on March 12 and was told it would ship within 5-7 business days. It is now March 29 and I have received no updates. The item I purchased has since become out of stock with no no known restock date. I’ve reached out to customer service enquiring about the status of my order and no one has gotten back to me. I understand that sometimes shipping can take awhile so I’m not upset about that. I am, however, extremely disappointed in the lack of communication."

"The company emailed me to tell me that the order would be delayed and offered to give me a refund. That was very sweet but I really wanted the headboard so I waited. It ended up coming a bit earlier than they estimated. I really appreciated the clear communication and offer of refund. When I finally got the headboard it looks perfect in my room. The quality was much better than I expected."
