"I stopped by quickly as I was looking for a vale cartridge holder. I was helped my Matt and from the get go he appeared very informative, patient, and very detailed in his support. He not only acknowledged the other client but he was able to support both is us. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he educated us on vape machines and we picked one up. He just seemed so positive and appeared to be passionate around his knowledge and level of explanation. I left amazed that there is customer service like him still around. Simply amazing.
