"I will never shop here again. I purchased 2 vapes and the first one I opened was bad. I attempted to exchange the unopen one and was told there is nothing wrong with the vape, "you just don't like the flavor." I was shown the return policy and sent on my way. I undertand they have a policy, but any other vape shop I've been to, they will at least give you a credit or address the issue. Very poor customer service."
