"I was here visiting from out of town and we decided to visit this cigar lounge. The owner greeted us.. it was very nice..the prices of the cigars are very reasonable..it's a boutique style cigar lounge with impeccable service I will definitely frequent this lounge when in Philadelphia!"

"I was gifted a "VIP" membership and made several visits to the lounge to evaluate the benefits. There is nothing VIP about the membership and Louliga's customer service skills are as bad as several other reviewers shared. The only things Louliga delivered in the two months I had the membership were four "free" cigars. The lounge never delivered the personalized bag, personalized locker, membership card, welcome email, or anything to make it feel worth a $49 premium. I inquired about these items multiple times (in person and by email) and gave them two months to fulfill, but they never got it together. I was told "the bag comes from China." Please also note that members are still expected to purchase two cigars to sit in the lounge like everyone else. It's clear that Louliga doesn't know how to treat feedback as an opportunity to improve and show their customers they're valued. Philly has so many other great places to buy cigars and be treated with excellent service. Holts is an old standard, Xhale is a small and friendly shop, and there's Twin Shoppe, Harry's and Capelli. You can also order many of the cigars Louliga carries from online sources."

Finally back in September, I had the opportunity to go down to Philadelphia and while I was down there I wanted to see what Louliga was all about. Man; I was really blown away by not only the atmosphere and the selection but the hospitality. Luis, the owner of Louliga, could not have been a more welcoming individual. He takes pride in learning about what you like in cigars and guiding you to the ones that might fit your tastes. "Beautiful lounge. Great vibe. Nice cigar selection. And, they have a complimentary Beverage Bar. There’s a 2 cigar minimum, which I’ve seen at many lounges, and I’ve frequented MANY lounges. We drive up from the Baltimore/DC area. It’s a must if you’re in Philly."
