Bob Evans

"Waited 15 minutes for table. Very few patrons. When I finally got a table, I waited almost 5 minutes for server. After I ordered it was another 20 minutes and I had to leave because I had a meeting to go to. I had to tell the other server I had to leave. She packed my meal so I could. The manager did not charge me. Although I was willing to pay. There were patrons that came in after me. Sat at a table across from me had received their food and ate while I sat there the whole time. I have gone to othere Bob Evans around the Youngstown area and never had service such as that. It was my first time at this particular restaurant."

"Emily was great. They were short staffed but we understood the wait time. I got sausage links, two eggs, hash browns and biscuits and gravy.... Everything was cold but the eggs & sausage. The gravy was brown, not white as it always is... Emily took care of my meal since most of it was cold. I did tell her we understood what she was dealing with. Hope this isn't going to be a regular thing with them. I've never had an issue with a Bob Evan's"

"We had a large party, our server was wonderful. But the food was not really all that great for the price. I ordered home fries and a biscuit with sausage and cheese and the sausage was cold the home fries were cold and all in all the food didn't have much flavor. They came for a holiday get together, and all of our food was a little subpar all in all it was somewhat a disappointing experience"

"My 3 meat omelet looked more like an egg taco. We waited 7 minutes past our main dishes coming out for a side of broccoli. And immediately after that was dropped off so was our bill and the waitress duced out for rest of our time."
