JOANN Fabric and Crafts

"I love this store and I know what you might be thinking because of how sparse the inventory has been lately but whatever you are thinking, it’s not true. They are very much NOT closing down for good, they explained to me convincingly that they are just trying to not get stuck with too much inventory especially just for Christmas and even though I love going there every time I go because of the customer service despite the fact that they are super understaffed. Other than the handful of times that I did wait in line to be checkedppp out, it wasn’t long and it was completely necessary. This past time which was last night was even better than normal. I was helped for the most part by a guy named Will and because it was late and they weren’t too busy he was there for any questions I had and every need that game up for me. Normally I know my way around but this time i was shopping for something I had never even looked for before and he always paid attention to the front door or the counter to make sure she wasn’t missing a beat and then there was his equally amazing co worker named Siena. The reason I feel like it’s so important to actually acknowledge the workers like this is because we are now in an economy in a time where they simply almost siest to exist, so sad but true so keep it up Will and Siena. You guys are a main reason I keep coming back! P.S. I kinda find it funny that the customers who are the quickest to complain (&complain relentlessly) are almost always the ones telling their own kids that college is the only way to make something of themselves when in fact if everyone got a degree, everything as we know it would fall apart and it already has started and the world as we know it is about to fall apart disastrously. Sorry about the doomsday talk,it’s just my little two sense haha, I know no one asked for that last part and sorry you guys, no charge..on the house haha"

"Ruth Ann is extremely rude. Very nasty disposition. It’s because of her that I hate this location. She so unfriendly, she makes me want to save my money. Also, the employees never say hello to customers when they walk in. No acknowledgement at all. Shopping here should be fun, but it’s not. The Germantown pike location is way better. The employees have better attitudes."

"I love this store. There always something new to find it's make the crafty me so happy every time I go there. I particularly like how well organized this store is. All the discounted fabric is well marked and they have good collection. The staff is friendly and helpful"

"Because of the store's size, it's usually hit or miss when it comes to finding a specific item. Compared to the Jo-Ann's in Springfield, this store is really small. I recommend checking the stock online before coming or calling in. The fabric selection is awesome and there's a big bin of fabric remnants for up to 80% off."
