"The store is under new ownership, the woman people speak of, is gone thankfully. The new owners are pleasant and have a well stocked store, from tobacco to bongs, its got it all, plus slot machines woohoo!"

"I went into this store for the first time yesterday. I will never go in there again and will state this on my selling site on Facebook with over 7,000 members. The woman behind the counter looked miserable when I went in and her tone in which she spoke to me was horrible and unprofessional. I had heard before that the people in this store were nasty but thought I would give it a try. Well they are right and I will be contacting the home office of this store/chain. It is unbelievable that people can be so rude and miserable. If you don't like your job then leave and find something else preferably where you don't have to deal with any people. I don't care if I have to drive hours to find a store I will NEVER go there."

"I will no longer patronize this place. There's an older heavyset woman in there who has never been friendly or courteous. I told this story to many people i know and they have all had some sort of unpleasant encounter with her as well. Two weeks ago I was talking with another customer. She was listening in aka eves dropping and I said something that she obviously didn't like. Remember...I was not speaking to her. She got belligerent and nasty towards me. Obviously she needs a lesson in manners much less customer service. Bad mouthed all NYers. As long as she works there...I will never step inside again. I took my business elsewhere!!"
