"I am disabled and use a wheelchair, when Sam sees me coming, he comes right to the door and opens it for me, he is such a nice person. He always has what I need and if I have any questions about rolling my own cigarettes he knows all the answers. And in bad weather I cannot take the buses with my wheelchair so I call ahead and order what I need and I have my friend pick everything up for me. Sam always has everything ready and once he even stayed open late to wait for my friend to pick my bag up.
