I sent pics of an item two weeks ago and I still have not received a response. I won't shop here anymore because of this...if you don't have time to call me back, I don't have time to buy things from you."

"Pro: Some good finds with reasonable prices. Con: the STAFF (@ the White St. location)!! As I read the reviews from previous customers many state the same thing. The STAFF is very rude and not helpful. Poor customer service! As I walked in today I wasn't greeted nor asked if I needed any help. I was interested in a few pieces. I did find some knick knacks that I was going to purchase. I walk over to the counter where 4 employees were, STILL not greeted , placed my items on the counter the young lady with long blonde hair behind the counter looked at my items and me twice and STILL no greeting, if I needed help, or if I was ready to purchase the items I clearly placed on the counter. So, I kindly left the items and walked out the store. If you can not acknowledge me, then my money can be spent elsewhere. Come up higher and get some customer service training!!!"

"Very nice! Not what I was expecting; pleasantly surprised! Came here just to take a quick peek around, but after a few minutes, I realized, that "taking a quick peek" was not going to cut it! Looking from the outside, you get the illusion that it's not quite that big....WRONG! There are lots of nooks and crannies here to check out! Unique items, and prices are alot better than what you might expect. It was also very busy, while I was there. Busy is good! Come and see what a good, well run consignment shop looks like!"
