"The owner must be a multi-millionaire lounging on the beach sipping umbrella drinks. She must have so much money that properly training her employees is just an afterthought. She must be so wealthy that teaching employees not to insult the customers is just too much trouble for her. I've been here often, and I've always tried to support small businesses wherever possible, but after being told I could go somewhere else if I don't like the service, I don't know if I'll ever go there again."
