"Best vape store! I walked in and customer service was awesome! Chris sold me on a new vape in 10 seconds of me being there. There was no pressure on me to buy anything. Chris was happy to help me get exactly what i wanted before i left. Didn’t try to sell me something i didn’t need or want. I tried 20 different flavors and not once did Chris or the female employee get annoyed with me wanting to try one after the other. It was great customer service making my trip there that much better. Will be going there for now on!"

"Excellent vape shop as far as inventory and appearance. What earned the 5 stars was the staff. I walked into this shop for the first time today. I was embraced with a welcoming vibe and I didn’t even need to find which disposable suited me. Dalton guided me to the Orion and took a recommendation and actually wrote it down!! Give this man a raise because he is 110% on the ball and will only make this business more money. I am not afraid to review harshly and Vape Boss deserves more than 5 stars based off of my experience with the staff as well as the shops decor and vibe. "Service sucks. Employees don’t know anything about vaping. I had to explain where something was to the employees. Go to Union Vapors instead, so much better service. Vape Boss will never get another dime from me."
