And the team around her seems to be equally as good. Ava was very kind back there, looking over the frames with me, just incase anything went wrong. Overall, it was lovely."

I have placed multiple online/pickup orders over the past few weeks, sometimes multiple times a day, and they have been efficient and extremely timely in processing. "The only reason I'm giving a generous 3 stars is because of Veronica. VERONICA THOUGH, deserves 5 stars. She was very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable of artistic products and made our experience easy going and greatly enjoyable. I dont think it's right to leave one person up at a register when there are waiting customers. (and I mean around 10 individuals). Rest of staff should recognize that help should be given when a large volume of customers are checking out, especially when stores are closing. Veronica did everything perfectly and after 20 minutes a coworker finally came to help with the stagnant line, unenthusiastically. THANK YOU VERONICA! I wish you well in all future endeavors. Very over priced Not a good variety of selections Most items are seasonal for either fall or Halloween You can fine either same exact item or better quality on Amazon for 1/4 the price!! No I won’t go back No I don’t recommend it"
