"We ordered potato wedges, chicken potpie, mashed potatoes, fish sandwich, fresh cut fries and garlic bread with cheese. Everything we ordered tasted excellent, except the garlic bread. It wasn't what we were expecting. It was basically regular white loaf bread with seasoning that had been toasted in the oven. But the cheese was not melted on two pieces. It was just sliced cheese laying on top."
"First time here on our way to NY. Glad we chose this adorable diner. I ordered the potato wedges and fish sandwich with a side of macaroni & cheese with stewed tomatoes, which were perfect. Not too sweet not too sour. Great choice!"
"We are truck drivers and eat at as many local restaurants as we can instead of chains. First, this place has a wonderful feel to it especially all decorated for Christmas. Second, the food was so good. We did the complimentary homemade bread, pierogies, pot pie, meatloaf, and raspberry tea. That tea is the best raspberry tea I've ever had and was pretty too. Third, we were blessed to have Eric for our server. When he was told we are from Texas and some of the food choices were different such as apple butter with cottage cheese or gravy instead of tomato sauce on meatloaf he brought us both on the side so we could see what we liked. Just all around friendly and seemed to actually enjoy seeing what we thought. As we were leaving he even came out to the register area to say bye and thank us for coming. I rarely give 5 stars, but this place and Eric, in particular, deserve it. Thank y'all and we'll definitely stop whenever we pass through here."
"Stopped here traveling from VA to CT. Got here about an hour before they closed, but that wasn't a problem. Staff was all very nice even with our later arrival time. Had a good variety on the menu, but I needed to ask for the all-day breakfast menu. The food was really good and would definitely recommend for someone who is traveling. There is a Cracker Barrel just on the other side of the highway and would tell someone to stop here as it is very similar to Cracker Barrel but supports a local business."
"Old timey diner feel with good diner food. First time eating a side of pepper cabbage, I'd eat that as a main course."
