"These people are thieves and liars who sell cheap Chinese junk products and don't warranty them. I bought a vape pen battery there, took it home and charged it, and it was defective and didn't work. I went back to the store the very next day aftework to exchange it they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal directly with the factory for a warranty replacement and refused to exchange the battery or refund my money less than 14 hours after I purchased the item that was defective from the start. Complete rip offs STAY AWAY."

"Girl with black hair and bill ring in her nose was insulting and demeaning to me and other customers! I told her that I had to point to the product I needed because I didn’t know the name. She actually stayed behind a distant counter away from the product I wanted and refused to move, saying that “I prefer that you use your words, sir”. This actually happened! She repeated her pre-school instruction to me regarding”using my words” as I walked across the store, pointed at the product I needed and said “that one there in the middle”. Since it was behind the counter, she again asked me to “use my words”…but I couldn’t read the label from 10 feet away so I continued to say “that one- I can’t read the label from her, but can you please help me? The arrogant young lady angrily grabbed the product from the wall hanger, and acting like she didn’t just insult me, took me to the register and acted like nothing just occurred- that she didn’t just humiliate me in front of an entire store of customers. I will never go there again, because it is plain that they view customers as “problems that they have to overcome. I am 45 yrs old and have never been treated so badly by a vendor who I was trying to give my hard-earned money to! If they go out of business, they should not be confused as to why- your competition 1 mile down the road actually respects their customers and doesn’t insult them when they ask for help. Steel City Vape apologized for glass gallery and said “ we are all not like that”. They seemed to know what I was talking about, as apparently it was not the first time they got business from glass menagerie due to extremely poor customer service."

"Extremely cheap glass. Bought a nectar collector and on the second hit it shattered in my face as I touched the dish. I truly couldn’t believe what had happened. My only assumption is the glass got too hot. Anyways I have never ever had that happen to me or anyone I know. I’m almost positive they mass order the kits off a wholesale website, but whatever you live and learn."

I was very impressed with how they have pretty much everything you need. they also showed me a cool special that they are throwing giving away one of the nicest pieces I've ever seen in a raffle. The manager and staff were great. Very easy going and listen to exactly what I wanted. Educated me on how CBD will help me with the pain I have in my back. But they also showed me some pipes a dug out that I needed and everything they had. I'll be back."
