"I used to like going here, they had what I needed. It wasn't until recently that the cashier got extremely hostile and yelling at me that I'm wrong when I asked if they had the kind of pods I needed. I've only bought these pods from this store in the past and he just kept telling me I was wrong and completely disregarding what I had to say. Worst customer service of my life, I'm never going to this store again. I'll take my business elsewhere where people are nicer and actually listen to you and don't just immediately get defensive for no reason. This smokeshop is going downhill and should have better management, or better yet shut down. P.S. the pods he was insisting (novo x pods) only worked for my novo 3 actually are the only pods that aren't compatible with my novo 3. Be better."
"Very well stocked store. Huge selection. Decent sized walk-in humidor that has a good selection that I believe will continue to get better. After selecting a few cigars I was asked what I would like to be stocked in the humidor. Willing to get what the customer wants. Very polite and service with a smile."
