"The “attendant” claimed she was just filling in when I asked very basic questions about why I was there. This happened about a month ago. The lady “working” showed no interest in helping me and the prices were over twice normal smoke shop price, the least of their shortcomings. l It was immediately apparent that the retailer had their own agenda. I have no idea how this awful store is in business and will be surprised if they improve to even acceptable standard. It’s hard to feel ignored when you’re the only person in a smoke shop but they accomplished that. I hope they’ve fired that unpleasant lady if she even worked there. I will not be back. This vendor clearly has no regard for customer service."
