"It's a shame...I used to be such a fan of these guys when they first opened...they always had new inventory, great discounts and the owners were always around to give great advice. Over the years however, the selection has gone stale, I feel like there are rarely new items and very few wines are eligible for the wine club discount and while all the staff are friendly, it's just not the same as when the original owners were involved. I'll be looking elsewhere. Seems like maybe they have put more effort in to Summit which is a shame as Morristown is suffering because of it."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! TOTAL SCAM! Ordered an advertised bottle of Laphropaig 25 year for same day pick up. Called to arrange pick up and I am told they have an "inventory issue" and don't have the bottle they fully charged me for. I ask for a refund and was told I would receive one. Two days later still no refund. I call back and am told more lies about how the Manager must have forgotten to refund my $400 charge. It has now been over two weeks since I last called and still no refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They FALSELY ADVERTISE merchandise at attractive prices knowing they do not have them inventory and after they have charged you they REFUSE to return your money. TOTAL SCAM! RUN FAR AWAY from this place. There are much more reputable places you can spend your money at. I would give them ZERO stars if possible."

"Always professional and above average customer service. I order from here often - free delivery in Morristown area! The website isn’t always the greatest but I think they’re working on it. I appreciate that they pay attention to little details. Nice branded bags, professional looking delivery person, etc. To me, details like that show that someone cares about their business. Also went to an event here a few months ago and thought it was excellent from start to finish."
