"Ott's WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST CHOICE!!! This is because of the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAFETY MEASURES DURING COVID-19. Let me tell you, nowhere have I seen a store take such care, concern, and precaution for their customers. They have signs upon entering, gloves for customers upon entering, signs on the ground six feet apart, and all of the employees are wearing masks. OTT'S IS OUTSTANDING!!! During a difficult time, I thank the owner deeply for making it a place where customers, especially immune compromised ones, can feel safe. WE WILL BE BACK SOON!"
