"I've been to the store a few other times and I have to say the customer service has been good. Today I walked in to purchase a 6-pack of 21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon. I grabbed a nice ice cold 6-pack. The 6-pack felt like it was at the perfect temperature for the end of a long day at work. I put my 6-pack down on the counter and the lady seemed a little preoccupied to greet me or even answer the question I was asking. She had trouble ringing it up, so she put it in by hand and told me that it was going to cost me \$22.xx for the 6-pack of beer that I was buying. I told her that the price was wrong and that was double the price of that particular beer compared to other stores in the area. She replied with, "Well, it's watermelon so it costs more." I told her that wasn't right and that the price that they have listed wasn't the price that she was charging. She again told me it's because it's watermelon. So I left and went to Wegmans and found the same 6-pack of beer for $10.99. All she had to do was ask someone else to check the price on the beer instead of letting me walk out of the store. Customer service goes a long way. I've been to the store a few other times and have had a good shopping experience. As a matter of fact, my first time there I bought the Rita's beer and the kid couldn't figure out how much it cost, so he went and looked and asked someone and gave it to me for the proper price. Customer service goes a long way. It just takes one to turn someone off, and because of this, I don't think I'm going back. I know times are hard like a price gouging isn't the way"

"Place really went downhill since moving from across the street. When it was on the corner of Flock and Quakerbridge opposite Exxon, had an organized wine and beer selection. Went in today, wines are all scattered, nothing in selection by region clearly labeled. The check out lady was sitting down the entire time and acted as though I was doing her an inconvenience by brining my beers over to be scanned. Thought it was going to be improved now with more space; however, Buy Rite on 33 is your better go to."
