"Terrible ripoff merchants went to get a 750ml bicardi. Price was 15.99 on the shelf as it is in most places. At tye checkout woman says $22.00. I was totally taken aback. Paid but was not given a receipt or even asked if I wanted one. Decided to check the shelf price in case I read it wrong and I was right $15.99. Went to the counter and brought it to her attention. She stared at me blankly and ignored me. The older guy turned to me and gave me a filthy look like I was the one who had done something wrong. Seems that maybe this is the new tactic in stores to rip people off and make money now times are getting hard. They didn't even say oh ok let's have a look and see, just dirty looked me out the store. Terrible. My husband used to go there all the time but they don't know me as i don't go in much, we will not step foot in there anymore."

"Went and bought chewing tobacco when on a motorcycle ride. I live about 45 mins south and realized I left it home. Ipened it and was moldy. Store clerk was very nice, but called manager and he said come back in a week!! 5 dollar item. Steer clear"

"To me, this place isn't exactly a looker. It's one of those 1/2 liquor stores 1/2 bars. However, the drinks are good and well-priced, the bartenders are great, and their Thursday open mic nights are a lot of fun. The guy who runs them is a wonderful musician himself, friendly and encouraging. It might not be too dolled up, but it's a nice bar with great bartenders, a nice crowd and good music."
