"The state should be the only Merchant of Death. Someone is going to profit off of arms, drugs, or what-have-you, and that someone should be the people affected by their adverse side-effects. If the Liquor Control Board didn't exist, we PA taxpayers would have to make up the almost 3 billion dollars in lost revenue through taxes. That money goes to schools and roads and such.
