"I had an appointment with Dr. Thomas and he was very caring and compassionate and made sure I got a follow up with Dr. Adler as he was ultimately the Dr. I needed to see. His nurse Cynthia is hands down the best (if I got the name wrong I apologize I'm bad with names!). I have had a few appointments with her and she has always been the best. I've been a patient there for last couple years and have nothing but good things to say."

"I have been a patient with this practice for way too long. I agree with the other reviewers regarding office staff rudeness. I was expecting a X-ray to be sent to my insurance to be approved for an mri and the office staff person told me this was not part of her job and did I have the phone number where it needs to be faxed. She also told me she was doing it as a favor to me. What a laugh isn’t this part of their job. Regarding the dr I last saw in this office I received a physical and all she did was listen to my breathing. I have been have pain in my ears and she didn’t even look in them but noted on my physical notes she did. Not a complete physical. She was just a doctor assistant but still I should have gotten better care."

"They will likely never get rid of me. Had my first appointment last week. The front staff.. Love them already. They made me feel welcome and they were cracking jokes with each other making me laugh hard at 9am, which always helps nerves as a first time patient. Dr Adler is one of a kind. Meant to be a Dr for sure. He was so kind and he even took the time to explain things about my medication and how it works. My last doctors never did that. If you had past bad experiences with the staff...well maybe the front office staff has changed since then, because the ladies I had up front were amazing!"
