Checkers

"Best burgers we've had in a long time. We love in an area where there are several( 10-12) fast food burger options without a 2 mile radius and we hadn't been to Checkers in years. If you haven't been in awhile you should give them a try--- the food is delicious, the Big Buford is out of this world! The fries are by far the best fries we've had in a long time. The 2 for $6 burgers are about the size of a junior Whopper but must tastier and much more fresh. Prices are better then Burger King, Mc Donald's, Sonis, Wendy's, 5 Guys, Arby's, etc. Well worth your time and money, as well as a trip up or/and down Plank Rd in Fredericksburg which most times I avoid one I'm home from work, but Checkers is so good I got back in my car once home and went back down rt 3 just to get a burger. I can't forget to mention their Sweet Iced tea---- again, the best around. Fresh brewed and really sweet! Perfect!"

"Awful experience with the woman at the drive thru window today at 3:10 p.m. She was incredibly rude and refused to try my debit card again after receiving an error. The card worked perfectly as evidence by the mobile app order I then placed. The issue was on the cashier’s end. The women assumed I could not pay for the food and asked for the drink she handed me back. I hope Checker’s hires more competent and kind staff."

"We had stopped here to pitch up dinner after a long and hot day. Great food, and it was hot. The desserts were great, and the chicken sandwiches were amazing. The fries are my favorite. This hot the spot after running around all day long. We plan on coming back another day!"

"I am being generous with the food rating here. The fries were soggy and greasy, the sandwiches were subpar. The fish looked like it had been sitting in the fryer for awhile. Also the advertised $5 value menu is not honored here."

"Went to Checkers today because of Tmobile Tuesday Special. I ordered the 3 pc Chicken tenders and a small fry. 1st I could believe the price of over 5.00 for 3 tenders with nothing else, but mine were free with the purchase of the fries, and thank goodness they were these were the smallest chicken tenders I had ever seen just a tad over chix. nugget size. Wont be going back for tenders there. Staff was friendly."
