"RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER PLEASE DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! I walked up to the front to ask the worker how much the earrings included with the piercing cost,since the locked case they were in made it hard to see the prices, I greeted her by saying excuse me and she very rudely said “it’s normally a hi. Did you date me did you wake up with me. Exactly. Then don’t come over here asking questions before saying hi.” Two other girls in the store noticed and were making faces at us in disbelief at this unprofessional behavior. People like this should not be working jobs that involve interacting with customers. I hope management speaks with and fixes this employees behavior accordingly."

"OMG.. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO THERE! RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced! Claire seriously needs to choose better of their staffing! Got key chains for buy 1 and get 1 50%, at the cashier the item I picked up wasn't qualify for 50% off which is fine. I ended up picking up for an item that's qualified for it and returned the one it isn't. I asked for return and apparently they don't do fully refund which I found it extremely bizarre! It was unopened item and the cashier was literally still holding the unopened item and I couldn't get a fully refund?! When I asked why, she was VERY impatiently and rudely told me she doesn't know and it's company policy and just asked me to call 1-800 claire.."

"I love Claire’s but this one is my least favorite location. The staff isn’t very nice. I won’t be returning."

"I had my 7-year-old kid's piercing done there. It was pierced so tightly and sore that I couldn't touch it during aftercare cleaning. Eventually, the area became so inflamed that the earring got embedded, leading us to undergo a painful process at the ER to remove it from the back. To note: we chose the costliest earring (gold and diamond) to ensure we weren't compromising on quality. Now, I have many questions and concerns. Is the device used good enough for kids? Are the materials of the right quality and hygiene? The gloves and other items are just lying open on the table where anyone can touch them – are they suitable for this sensitive work? Most importantly, does the person doing it have the right training? How often does Claire's management conduct quality checks? These questions form a puzzle, and unfortunately, my kid has to go through this trauma. I hope you make an informed decision. I would really like pediatric medical centers to provide this service in a more controlled environment instead of leaving it in random, unqualified locations and with personnel. This would avoid putting more stress on both kids and parents."

"I visited this store this week for about 20 minutes. I was the only one there for about ten minutes before more people came in. I was never acknowledged or spoken to once and neither were the rest of the people in the store (unless the customers approach the woman standing behind the cash wrap). I even had products I wanted to buy but did not. I’m all for supporting brick-and-mortar, but as someone who also works in sales, I do feel that support still needs to be merited. I’m not saying I’m anyone special, I’m not. Lol This was simply the experience I had. A simple “hi” or an acknowledgment of my presence would have sufficed, tbh."
