"I bought a watch from a Fossil website and needed to remove a few links. I went to this store where a lady removed a few links and it was fine, but the length was quite a bit short, so I went back to get a link added back. Everything was fine until then. But this time the lady was a different one, and she removed the connecting pin from a permanent part of the link and put up it back in the wrong way. She didn't even get it right until I pointed it out. Then when I asked to get it rectified, she couldn't and I had to fix it. She damaged the pins, scratched off the paint of a matte black chain, and then she charged me extra. Her reason for the extra charge was that it took longer and blamed the watch design when all the fault was hers and her lack of basic knowledge."

She helped my daughter feel at ease throughout the process, and gave her a certificate after it was all done. Joselyn provided very clear and helpful instructions for after care, and so far, two weeks later, my daughter’s ears are healing nicely. I would recommend this location for piercings."
