"I went to get some piercings and it was amazing. The woman doing my piercings took her time, really making sure she they were placed where I wanted. Never had a better experiences! While she works at Claire's, I am really giving her a 4 star rating. Her name is Sybil if you ever want to get pierced by her! Would recommend!"

"I was in the store today with my daughters shopping for stuff for school and this woman I'm assuming is the manager made me feel uncomfortable. She was speaking very rudely to the other sales girl who was so nice to me when I walked in. It made me feel embarrassed for the young girl she was speaking to. I don't know how Claire's are suppose to treat their employees but from what I saw it made me walk out and not want to go back again. And it made my girls uncomfortable as well so we just left. The younger girl ana was super friendly as soon as a i walked in with my girls."

"I was rushing in to the OV Claire’s store to grab some cute little things and a gift card for my niece’s 9th birthday and I was like a deer in headlights! The young lady working today named Ana stopped what she was doing and helped me design a cute gift bag with a few special things that made my “gift card only” gift really fun!!
