"Unprofessional. Dr. justice shouldn’t be a children doctor. Very racist. Nurses don’t know how to draw the blood. Front desk Ashly and Maryam don’t help very racist.struggled 4 months to make an appointment or talk to talk to Dr. Justice he never cared. Front desk- If they heard you with an accent and holding Medicaid they don’t care. I called to complain to Dr. Justice never answered instead he sent me a letter take your 10 months old baby somewhere else. And my baby missed all her vaccinations. Not right people for the children. They played with a new born baby life. Read the notice."

"I took my premature child to this location for her first appointment with my other 3 children and they somehow picked up a stomach virus there. The doctors office is the only place we have been and the only way they could have gotten it. I’m beyond furious. Do they not sanitize the waiting room? More offices need to implement an area for sick children and an area for healthy children!!! First time at this location and now I think I’ll find another Dr’s office for my children that has sick and healthy waiting rooms."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED! Been with this office since I moved here 10years ago. I loved this office. Because I wasn’t able to make some appointments they decided to send a termination letter. I tried calling (left about 6 messages) to speak to the head of the office to who makes these decisions which is Amy Lynch and I finally get a text message saying that she won’t return my call and that the decision was final. 1st that’s so unprofessional to send a text and not return a clients call. Now looking at these reviews I’m understanding why clients are so unhappy. But I will say I think Dr. Justice is an amazing doctor. Very sad how this office hires rude and unprofessionals to represent them"

"Staff is rude and not helpful., you can never get an appointment. Maybe a couple years ago I would of recommended only bc of Dr.Clark.But sense she is gone (it’s give downhill ) So with rude staff and doctors and no Dr.Clark …..I would definitely recommend you go to any other pediatric office"

"One lady at the front desk at Courthouse is extremely rude. When I asked to speak to Office Manager she asked the patients name and I said, “I am not a patient.” She responded with, “Then what’s up?”. This is the same lady who, when I asked if they could just bill our primary insurance instead of both primary and medicaid she said ,no, I won’t schedule you now because you just told me you have medicaid…then, I talked to the office manager who said she would go ahead and have someone schedule my child with medicaid as his secondary. Appt was made and set. Then, I get a call a week later verifying his Medicaid number b/c apparently it was put into the system wrong. It went through and that was that. The same afternoon I get a voice mail saying the appt is cancelled because they don’t take Medicaid! I don’t think anyone I spoke to knows what is going on over there. There is CLEARLY a lack of communication as well as rude front desk staff. I told them, if they couldn’t even figure out what they were doing as far as appts/insurance, I sure as heck wasn’t trusting them with my child’s healthcare."
