My ring was given to them for a resize and it had to be sent back for mistakes FIVE TIMES. 1st time they said it was there and it was not. 2nd the band was gold and came back silver. 3rd a diamond was missing 4th the original engravement was gone 5th, another diamond missing!!! completely unprofessional & still don’t have the ring 7 weeks later. Never come here. Jason was also extremely rude and no one has answers as to why this is happening"
"We just stopped into Kay’s at the Rockaway Mall to have some work done on rings and jewelry that we had purchased there specifically a resizing and to fix a family heirloom ring that was broken, but it was not a case piece of jewelry from Kay Lillia and Alexandria were amazing We have been loyal Kay Jewelers customers at ROCKAWAY NJ Mall for over 20 years Simply amazing"
"We just purchased my wedding band from this Kays, everyone was so nice! We were in a bit of a rush and they were able to quickly accommodate us. I needed the band resized they were able to send it out and we got it back so faster than anticipated. Really enjoyed the experience would definitely recommend this store."
