"Dr. Canady is great, she really seems to care about my girls. Both of them gave her a pretty hard time with checking their ears and throat but she was super patient and the nurse really understanding - we got the ears and throat checked and done and we were out the door with stickers and happy kids. I don’t usually have any issues with the front desk or my insurance being filed properly. We are seen pretty promptly after checking in. It’s a bit of a drive for us to see them but for me it’s worth it. Dr. Canady gives a lot of options when my child has an issue like regularity trouble or ear infection and she is extremely thorough to cross out all possible causes for symptoms. She isn’t too prescription happy, which I appreciate because I’m not a huge fan of giving my kids a bunch of prescription medications if we don’t have to do that. She is informative and helpful with vaccine schedules. The nurses are kind. Overall no complaints :)"

"I am so happy we found Dr. Canady. She is caring, respectful, and so good with children and observing little ones. She has helped us with any troubles we have had since my daughter was a newborn. We have been seeing her for over a year. I'm so glad my little girl is in good hands and wanted to share that we have had excellent care. The appointments with telehealth were so helpful and they let me send pictures and I really appreciated not having to drive in for those virtual/ phone appointments. I was able to pick up prescriptions needed promptly following telehealth visits and cannot thank them enough. The nurses have been wonderful and Vicky has been especially good with my little girl. You can see she has a heart for children. The staff is amazing. The Doctor really gives you all the information to make informed decisions with vaccines, breastfeeding, nutrition, and raising your family. She is the best!"

"Dr topps has always been so informative and sweet. We adore her. Dr canady has been amazing up until this week. So my son has pink eye clearly seemed to be clearing up and after our telelhealth appointment said she would send in ointment for my son. 3 days later nothing and I called today and was brushed off completely but the receptionist and my sons eyes ate goupier and are more blood shot than when I made the initial appointment"

They really know how to put my children at ease and make even the non routine visits less scary. Sick visits can fill up quickly and the wait times are occasionally long, but it's worth waiting for excellent care."

"Fall Hill Pediatrics is simply AMAZING. I feel like we can always get an appointment in a timely manner and they have great hours for all schedules. Dr. Topps is so kind and I love how she communicates with my child and treats him as the patient. Explains to him from what seems like our first newborn appointment to him being almost 3. It's so great the way she and the other Doctors show the kids respect and don't just do. They never make me feel Mom shamed either for the choices I make for my childs care. They provide GREAT information and take the time to discuss all sides of those big choices. Vaccines, Breastfeeding, Supplementing, Bottlefeeding all the very controversial subjects they discuss with you and don't pressure you and help give you the information to make an informed decision.
