"I had a wonderful experience buying my engagement ring for my now fiancée at Jewelry By Eric. I had an idea of a ring I wanted by something that my girlfriend had shown me online a few months prior, but it was an artificial ring online and I wanted to get her something similar to it but with an 18k yellow gold setting and diamond center piece. Eric helped me put together the exact ring I wanted and was extremely patient and helpful through the entire process. Eric brought in numerous different diamond sizes until I was 100 percent happy. In fact, after we agreed upon a price and carat size I called him the next day and told him I still felt I wanted a slightly larger carat and he said “no problem”. He brought some more diamonds in to look at a few days later that were larger carats and I got exactly the size I was looking for! It was also very important to me to be able to do this in person at his shop. I was very worried about buying a ring online without being able to see it in person before purchasing. I would’ve never been able to get exactly what I wanted without going through this process in store and with Eric. I highly recommend Jewelry by Eric for fair prices and a jeweler who will help you put together the ring you always wanted."

"This place is horrible! If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I went to Eric to have links added to my watch. He did not size me properly, leaving the watch too big on me but insisting that it was fine. He also attached the clasp backwards and did not fix it. He was also rude in the process. At the end, he proceeded to charge me 20$ for this service. I just left and took my watch to my other jeweler. I will not be returning to this jeweler nor should anyone else!"

"Eric has been invaluable to me with evaluating items from my parents' including jewelry, watches, tons of miscellaneous pieces and a huge amassment of my grandparents' coins, all of which can be overwhelming, but which he handles very clearly, professionally and with great patience.
