"The other day, I accidentally stepped on one of my favorite rings. I was rather upset because the ring had sentimental value. So, I decided to take the ring to Mendham Jewelers to see if they could fix it. I have been to Mendham Jewelers twice before for small issues (knot in my necklace, etc.) and the main jeweler, Bob, was always extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I knew the quality of the establishment, I was still worried that it would be impossible to return the ring to its perfect shape. I explained my situation to Bob and showed him a picture of how the ring originally looked. Within minutes, he was able to bend the ring back. Now, it’s like the ring never even got damaged. As an added bonus, I asked Bob if he had a polishing cloth (I received one from him when I got my necklace fixed a year or two back) because it worked wonders on polishing my gold jewelry. He didn’t even charge me for the polishing cloth or even the ring fix. Overall, such a great knowledgeable place and such friendly customer service!"
