"The Jeweler Perry promised to have my daughters bracelet repaired in two weeks. When I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. I indicated to him that it was important that I have it on this particular day since she is leaving the State. The female clerk in the store was very nice trying to accomodate us an trying to have it ready by the next day or so. Perry was very nasty saying that she should just give it back to us. He was so obnoxious that I just took the bracelet and left the store. No way to treat a customer, maybe because I am black, don't know,but I will not be going there again."

As for my Review: Never had one problem with this Jeweler for over 20 yrs. He has done several custom work Pieces for me. If I ever need any Jewelry repair, He is who I trust it with. Never any reason to be worried about it. I always had my watch batteries changed there. And they change it on the spot. WOW! Always Excellent Customer Service!"
