MinuteClinic at CVS

"Consistently you are running 45+ minutes behind. I'm required to show up and check in 10 minutes before my appointment and then I sit there in those uncomfortable chairs, around other sick people, exposing other customers. Your appointments are on a 10 minute schedule yet by 11:10, you are already 50 minutes behind. I think it's time to realize there is no way you have that kind of turn around and adjust your scheduling. Making sick, uncomfortable patients sit here is cruel."

"If i could give zero stars i would. Do not come here DO NOT. I had an appointment at 12:40, stopped in target to shop around 11:30 so i checked in. I get done shopping come back at 12:30 and there are two other people waiting. At 1:00 the doctor opened the door and called the other people back so i said asked her how long this will take considering I took off work for my APPOINTMENT. She said “oh well her appointment is 20-30 minutes depending” so i told her my appointment was a while ago and the lady going in said hers was at 12:30. Therefore they are 30 minutes behind with no one letting people know while in the waiting room. This is ridiculous what’s the purpose of making an appointment if you aren’t going to get in me?"

"Don't go here, you'll never get seen by anyone! I made an appt, arrived & checked in 10 min early, waited for OVER AN HOUR with no communication (or any sign of the nurse) as to why they were running so behind. I eventually left and had to make another appointment somewhere else that actually sees patients in a reliable time frame."

"Minute Clinic was scheduled to open at 9am. My appointment was at 9:40. When I arrived at 9:35, a woman and her toddler were there for their 9:30 appointment. No one ever showed up - I ended up getting some groceries and when I went back by at 10:15, there was still no one there. Since CVS and Target are separate entities, Target Pharmacy was no help at all. I called CVS customer service and they too offered no help, not even an apology. We were informed we couldn't schedule another appointment that day at any Minute Clinic because "the system won't allow it." So, essentially: "We're offering no apology and no alternative whatsoever. Anything else?" Plenty of other options besides CVS out there."

"so what’s the point of making an appointment? can someone answer me please. I would love to know. I made an appointment for my family of four to get a flu shot. Our appointment starts 4:20. We waited for over an hour now and we’re still waiting. please save your time and go somewhere else."
