"I bought my G-shock watch from this location about a year ago. Just recently, my watch died (battery) and I’d figure I’d go to the place where I bought my watch to get a new battery. I came into the store and I wasn’t even acknowledged by the store associates, but whatever. I asked to have my battery replaced for my G-shock watch, one of the store associate looks at my watch and says $25 for a new battery. I gave her the watch and left the store for 10-15 minutes. When I returned, I expected a fixed watch. But no, the store associate told me she was unable to fix it because she couldn’t remove the back piece of my watch. She offered for me to keep my watch in the store and I assume whoever works the next day would fix it but I needed my watch done for this day. I was frustrated and instead went to a stand next to the store and had my watch fixed INSTEAD for $12.50. $25 is definitely a rip off for a battery change, especially for a store associate to not have any knowledge on how to replace batteries for G-shock. If anyone needs their battery replaced, I recommend Rapid Repair Jewelers which is directly in between Time After Time & Auntie Anne’s."

"Got my battery replaced 3 months ago and my watch showed a low battery indicator. The guy said my watch is broken but the battery is good and put in another battery to show that it was my watch. 3 months later my battery died and I decided to go to Rapid Repair Jewelers which is literally a stand right next to Time After Time. No low battery indicator light. The watch is working totally fine. The guy at Time After Time most definitely put in a used battery and screwed me over. DON'T GO THERE. They'll rip you off."

"Don't take any repairs to this place. They had my watch for 3 months. I called several times to find out what was going on. The girls are soooo Rude & Unprofessional. I tried calling the main corporate office to complain but always went to a recording. Finally got my watch back & still was broken."

"I went in just to have a spring bar replaced on my watch. The person who helped me out was very friendly, and did a nice job, and very fast. When I asked how much I owed…they said “nothing.” In this day and age, a business providing a minor but very necessary service free of charge is really impressive. It’s a little bit of a drive to this location for me, but because of the service I got and the way I was treated, I’d be happy to give them my business."
