"i lost my grandmother this past week, and she left me some of her special/favorite jewelry. i brought the pieces in to get fixed, cleaned, and have the settings checked. i explained to them the situation, and they were absolutely incredible. i asked if they could be done before the funeral, and they told me they’d be done the next morning. which they were. when i came in to pick them up they told me “no charge. we are so sorry for your loss.” i am so beyond grateful for the kindness and compassion these jewelers showed. the jewelry came out stunning and perfect as well. they were a light in a very dark week. i will continue going here forever. there are still some good people out there. i have never written a review, but they need to be recognized."
