"I posted the below review and was contacted by the company after the review. They were very attentive to the matter and went above and beyond to fix what had happened to me at their store. I am happy to say I have changed my review to show this. I also posted on Yelp. They do care about the customer and their product is amazing. Fudge is delicious but buyer beware. I have bought this fudge several times but recently I purchased their buy 2 slabs (1lb) get one free. I also got 3 choc dipped apricots($6 for 3) My bill was over $41 - when I had purchased the same exact order 2 weeks prior and was charged $31. When I questioned this they said well the cost of chocolate went up so we charged you more. The website had the 1lb of fudge for $23 and change. Same fudge same company. So I called customer service that same day and they agreed I shouldn’t be charged more than website for the pound of fudge but would look into it and get back to me. It is going on 1 week since I called and was told they would get back to me and they have not. There are a lot of good fudge/chocolate companies out there and this will have me going to one of those where fair and consistent prices exist and customer service is a priority."

"Amazing Frozen Toasted Almond Hot Chocolate with espresso and whip. Service was amazing and very friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for anything and have a sweet tooth this is the place to visit."

"Friendly and personable staff. Clean and organized store. A wide variety of sweets treats like fudge, chocolate, gourmet pretzels, ect. The staff was kind enough to allow me to sample their products. Prices were very reasonable for the quality received! I will definitely be completing an online order in the near future!"

"I purchased a flight of fudge for my mother on Sunday (Dark chocolate, cherry bourbon, strawberry cheesecake, and dark espresso). We got home and opened the first container(dark chocolate) for a sample and it tasted great. Opened the second container(strawberry cheesecake) and it was moldy. The 3rd container(cherry bourbon) had a hair in it... 4th container I was so disgusted we didn't even taste it even though it looked okay... I emailed customer service Sunday night and have yet to receive a response... I attempted calling customer service Monday, no answer, so I left a message on Brennans voicemail, I believe that was his name, and no follow up received... I called again today with the same results... At this point I guess I am going to have to drive the 45 minutes back to the store to see about a refund since nobody is returning my inquiry... I do not recommend Chocolate Moonshine Company unless you want some moldy hairy fudge and awful customer service...."

"If you want to get anyone that has a sweet tooth something special this is the place! The art work is sometimes just to perfect to eat(but the taste is so amazing you just have to eat anyways). Chocolate always melting on the wheel while you are greeted with a smile at the door. Samples if you want to try any of the 20++ flavors. Nice Instagram moment for your kiddos to enjoy while you enjoy some Chocolate also."
