"The actual staff try to do the best they can. The management always has an excuse for the facility being run terribly. Covid, lack of employees, miscommunication with call center, Dr emergencies, federal regulations, and so on. If you need to reschedule they will charge you a penalty fee. Yet, they can do however they see fit with your time. More Drs than I can remember have come and gone. They hound you with calls prior to your visit because you’re a cash cow to them. Once you’re at your appointment, they could care less about your experience with them. They know they have the monopoly on this service, they make millions off it. Pharmaceutical companies/ Drs knowingly created this opioid epidemic and they are still making billions off it."

"One of the best Out-patient rehabilitation center in the tri state area hands down. The Doctors actually ask you questions about your recovery and address any concerns you may have. The staff treat you like a human being and are very respectful. The call center does an amazing job at calling you two weeks ahead and than a week ahead of you scheduled appointment as a reminder. Overall a great facility for recovering addicts. I forgot to mention they always have promotions going on that will save you and anyone that you refer a lost of money on you office visit cost."
